Vortex #8, 1st generation clone taken outside for some sun...

PlushBerry roots...day 14 from cut.

Vortex #8, seed plant, 3 weeks in. Based on plant shape and smell, this one is my favorite up to this point. At this point lemons are coming through.

Vortex #8 seed plant is really standing out on smell and resin at this point(almost 4 weeks in). The lemon smell seems stronger this morning than it did yesterday and I love the fact it's not long and lanky. Has the most resin forming than the other 3 sisters too.

Taking clones...


Cleaned up all the bottom growth real good and then staked her up. Topped dressed her heavy w/ super soil and is directly under the 1000w hid. She was topped once early on and ready to be pushed in veg!

Only doing one Jesus OG for the summer run this year.

After doing clone runs for over a span of 5 years , it will be nice to see how this seed turns out.

I've got a single Strawberry Diesel x Space Dude from old Attitude freebie. Only one of two seeds germinated & it was a runt that grew slow AF! Finally got it sexed & luckily it was a female! Getting her cloned now can't wait to flower this out!

Vortex #8 seed plant day 33, is putting all the other Vortex phenos in her rear view mirror.
Has a fantastic sour/earthy/lemon smell with alot of resin forming under the larger fan leaves.
Unlike her sisters, she didn't have a big stretch. Her sisters got almost out of control tall on me.
I do have another pheno that is almost identical to #8 but doesn't come close when it comes to the smell.

Vortex-day 56-This is the keeper from the seeds I grew last summer. The smell is perfume mixed with a slight lemon smell. The lemon smell was stronger a few week ago but toned down some now, for whatever reason. Not a big yeilder. The high is all head, it could be a little more potent but I'm not complaining. The smell on her was the main reason she was the keeper.

Jack The Ripper. Day 38. This is one of two phenos that are standing out from the others. The one pheno has the sweetest lemon smell I think I've ever smelled and this one has a sourish lemon smell w/ a funky/dank smell beside it. Kinda like cutting up lemons and putting in an old wooden medicine cabinet or something. Hard to describe. She's definitely Jack's Cleaner dominant.

I don't hesitate to kill plants. A JTR non-keeper....

Vortex #8 transplant.

JTR "A". 1st gen clone. She comes up just beneath my waist w/ 3 main heads. She's going into bud tonight. The seed plant in bud stretched alot and is falling over herself even w/ stakes. Thing is, she has the sweetest lemon smell I've ever experienced. Clones were taken.

Hoping the lemon terps from this years Jesus OG come through like her mother had.

I love the smell of Vortex, such dank candy weed. The Dog Poo Pheno is the one Subcool used to hunt for from what i'm told.

Transplanting some JTR, day 10 from cut. I ran out of pro-mix so I had to use some old root riots I found...
