And I thought I had it bad with 1 pitty in a pre 1900's building where any fan becomes transpo for dust bunnies moving from the attic wherever they be roaming to...

General thought about the methods available for procuring seeds/meds... I didnt want to start this in a new thread as I dont really want it noticed by anyone other than the "heart and soul" of this specific sub-forum so... here I go..

I received those beans I mentioned above a couple days ago and was psyched and showed them to my cousin whos half genius and half tard who was absolutely and utterly amazed that I could send out a MO a week and a half ago and have TGA/subcool beans in my hands that quickly... We started smoking and then inevitably started talking about it and I explained to her how the system of acquiring strains works for us...

After 2 packs of raw cones, a 1/2 ounce of qush, an unknown amount of the void, some random tahoe OG I had buried in a draw that I found, 2 pizza delivery's, and a home cooked meal, a showing of the movie Idiocracy... ("brawndo.... the thirst mutilator") We finally came to the conclusion that we (somewhat the real MMJ growers) all need to build big individual seed collections... as large as can be afforded and a random/quiet method of sharing these creations with others if need be as they did before any kind of legalization... I hear the randomist shit talk about montasanto taking control of all our countries MMJ production, strains, etc... once its "100% federally legalized" which I take with a grain of salt yet something along those lines with any govt. poo butt company can happen, and I get scared and think the ability to order our favorite breeders beans at will is going to come to a halt sooner than later forcing us to buy the bullshit they want us to buy or however we wanna look at it as they always do...

I recently seen the show vice had a section on the "growing" marijuana industry where over the past couple years the richest bastards have an expo showing off the brightest ideas from possible/future weed entrepreneurs and their business ideas on how to market marijane just like every other item/product we have, and once that happens.... I fear we will have a tougher time than ever to be able to get quality product to those that need it, because it seems that the dispensarys that will be opening in my legal state (a state that will NOT be letting patients grow for themselves) any second will all be the chemy-ist, factory grown bullshit with no consideration of methods of growing (chem/organic/veganic), meaning the medical marijuana wont be so....medical...

Initially, once I heard MMJ was going to be legal in my state... I was so excited that I... the biggest fuck up on planet earth, had made the right decision on teaching myself to grow mmj with the fear of going to jail because it was illegal before I started, and I had big hopes that I would be able to get into the "industry" as a grower at ANY level. Those thoughts and hopes no longer exist as I've come to the realization that unless your fairly rich, and have some pretty stout political connections, you will not be growing or dispensing MMJ in my state... I've looked at it from every angle and the people that will be working in the production facilities are all imports from other legal/medical states, mainly Colorado... How does a local "business"; that brings in all its people from other states benefit the local economy aside from taxes? IE jobs???? No bud tenders, no real interaction with patients... MMJ patients will have to stick their cards and $ into a med box and buy pre packaged buds.... Basically like a laundromat... You come in, stick your money in a machine, get your service/product and leave... and hopefully dont get arrested "medicating"... WTF good is that?

They're saying its proven to work in other states and this is the best way... I dont see any other state operating in these manors....

True 100% legalization means commercialization, yet we always have had that small niche market of quality product (imagine.... quality being a niche) but I'm starting to think "they" are gonna take that away from us....

I have no idea what I'm trying to say other than build a fuckin seed warehouse, and I'm disgruntled about my states method of "local economy buiding" using MMJ as a way to fuck the little guy/small business owner once again...
