45 degree cut below and AWAY from the leaves node. So the opposite side of where the leaf stem come out. About4-5 nodes down. And injury to the other side with razor blade by lightly scraping the skin
i use a pipette to add droplets of hormone to the rockwool cube hole before dipping the stem in to the shot glass of hormone. Then plant to the cube.
cut the extra leaf tips off pretty aggressively imo. And I place each clone in their own cup.
I use 2 Starbucks cups. Clear ones. One upside down on the other to create a humid environment. I open 2-3 times a day just to get a quick air swap. Like a 2-3 seconds. After 4ish days. I start removing dome and relying on the vpd of my tent. If your around .9 kPa the clones will root with out any dome from their on out.

Hey @DrOgkush that method worked. I put tap water in mini solo cup scraped off a good layer of thick stuff off bottom couple inches of cutting put collar high enough that the cutting was just barley off the bottom of cup and stuffed collar in cup. I had a little clear container with no top so just sat them in there misted them and covered top of container with big freezer bags. They didn't do nothing for about 8 days then on day 10 lots of roots.
