Tent not all the way zipped up...

Has anyone ever left a door open or allowed light on their babies?

This morning I wake to find that I left the tent door unzipped a little bit and I know that light got in last night!

How much light does it take and for how long before our babies turn into herms?

I am freakin out and ready to kick my own ass!!! I have to stop smoking in my op, I forget to much shit....

Thanks for any advice!

I think I'm in worse shape than you though...

My girls were about 2 weeks old...my cul de sac's underground transformer blew and shortened my light cycle from 18 hrs to 13. I'm back on schedule but I'm watching them...

I had 7 Electrical company trucks fixing the thing while I watched in a cheap terrycloth robe with tear stains on the front.

Someone give me some good news. :D

If it was just over night for a few hours and you have returned them to their normal 12/12 cycle, you should be okay.
One night should not be enough to hermie them, at worst it makes the plant think that it's going back into veg mode.
I had a defective light timer that was turning some of my lights on for just 15 minutes a day during the dark cycle.
I spotted it after it had been going on for about 3-4 days, and my plants didn't hernie, but they did start to retreat back into veg.
It'll probably end up costing me an extra 7-10 of flowering time before harvest.
Good luck.

Well, the good news is the tear stains won't stain the robe.

Sorry to hear about it but I would think you should be fine. Maybe just slow growth from the plant not knowing whats going on. I am not an expert but that is what I have read in the past.

Good luck!!

Oh that is good news. Sorry to hear about your timer failure but good to hear no herms...

Thanks BK!

(Head down, looking at the ground)... I know, I do not want the herminator EVER sneaking in and spunkling on my girls...

BTW, sorry for the back to back post.
