Like stated, solicitation on this forum will generally end in a ban. Maybe you'll get a PM from someone in your state, what's done over PM's is private matter. Go to any local high school at lunch time and ask where you can score some good bud, that's probably the safest way, you're going to them, when you put yourself out there, you allow any authority to entrap you.
