So we had our first warm day of the year (75F) and my grow room peaked at 95F. I have two windows wide open with an oscilating fun running. What else can I do to bring my temps down to within range.

as long as your plants are okay, dont sweat it, some plants are more heat tolerant than others, i've grown plants in 105 degrees with lights on before, the plants loved it.
but if your plants start to show signs of heat stress, a/c asap.
How are your lights set up? are the ventilated? Your lights are what put off the heat if you have a fan pulling air through the lights and exhausting outside the room this will solve the problem. you can also pull in air from a cool spot in the house and this will help keep temps down 2. The point is that you want to keep the air around your the light as cool as possible and enough air exchange in the room that hot air can't build up. The ac may seem like the way to go but it is much more expensive to run an ac unit all the time then it is to run and exhaust fan all time and it will do a better job if installed right.
