I have an indoor grow in a stealth box. The temperature range in the room is 95-60 (high-low). I have an air conditioner that pumps cold air into my box, not directly - there are two walls: One outer, one inner; air blows through outer wall at the top, then enters the box through the inner wall at the bottom. I have a similar setup for outtake air - computer fans blowing out the top of the inner wall, venting through hole at the bottom of the outer wall. Box is 41x19x30 (WxDxH).
My temperatures in the box are approximately 73-63. No matter what temp I set the air condition to, the temps in the box don't change.
My question: Is the high temp too low?
Just switched my lights after 3 weeks of veg running SCROG. Plants are doing amazingly well, so maybe I have no cause for concern. Just wondering.
Btw, I'm not a growing noob, but this is a new box and I've done a good job on construction (if I don't say so myself). The conditions are definitely better than they've been in past grows. I've never been able to keep high temps under 90 in the past in summer (with a similar setup).
More (maybe insignificant) facts: I have 4 Blue Dreams, 4 Black Lime Reserve, 4 Cherry Pie and I'm using a combination of CFLs and LEDs (12 total lights ranging from 75-300 watts, 1950 total watts - lots of light).
Thanks in advance for replying.
