you can probably lower the lights. my rule is simply that the heat of the lights dictates how far they should be. I keep my lights as close as possible without burning the leaves. It really just matters how old the plants are. you don't want to give too much light to brand new seedlings. But, if you do have seedlings right now, you can solve your low night temp problem by simply not turning off the lights at night. your plants wont mind.

hes right about leaving the lights on 24/7, i prefer this myself, yes also get the plants off the floor , if its a cold hardwood or tile or cement you would want them off, as for the seedlings, those lights may be too strong if they are very small, many people opt for floros for seedlings and clones....if its really that cold go to home depot or lowes and get a small heater for less than 50$

why not to use a portable thermostat heater, they have em with timers . have it set for 75 keep the room at optimal temp.

i dont want to use a heater for electric, what iv been told is put a smaller in and outlet in my room and the room will hold the heat and abit more humidity as my humidity is real low aswell, do u think its a good idea??? cheers guys

allowing less ventilation is generally a bad idea in my opinion. New fresh air contains higher levels of Co2. If you stifle the air in the room your plants will use up the available Co2 very quickly, and then stop growing until the levels rise again.

This may not be a serious issue for you, I don't know how your ventilation system works. But, unless you are supplementing your growroom with extra Co2, you may not want to limit the amount of fresh air your plants get.

I don't think your temps are too bad. Once again, like I said, move the lights close enough to keep the plants canopy in the mid to high 70's... run longer light cycles... if you need to bud, and it's still too cold at night, run a space heater in there when the lights are off. also, if you want more humidity, they make humidifiers that blow out steam, you could pick up one of those for a little bit of warm moisture.
