Temperature drop my plants change color

Left the windows open temperature drops to mid 60s at lights out for 2 days when lights are on temperature 77@80 sensi Star leafs getting orange kind yellow blue dream dark purple Gsc same some purple I correct the problem I closed the windows will this plants be ruined?

Mid 60's should be fine at lights out. Some plants turn purple depending on genetics and having temps in 60s.
