if the worst comes to the worst, ie if you can't put an intake fan up at the window or through your wall you could get yourself a small air conditioning unit, but ideally get an intake fan

change ur light cycle so that the plants are in darkness thru the daytime(when its hottest) and on at nite time. this is what i do during the summer.

Yes that is bad. Just blowing the air around does virtually nothing, you either need intake and exhaust plus circulation, or you go with a sealed room with air conditioning and co2 supplementation.

Dude, you can spend all the money in the world, but if your intake/exhaust volume and ratio's aren't right you will never have success. It's absolutely essential.
Edit: and no, just putting a fan near a window won't cut it, at all.
edit edit: yes, that leaf curl is most likely from heat stress. It's hard to say for sure without a picture, but with your stated temps I'd say yes.

not sure how big your setup is but a tent with a intake from your window and a outtake to your attic or another room would work but wouldnt help with smell.
the other way would be a tent witha scrubber pulling air from your tent to a attic or another room whil a intake pulls cool air into your tent and put it on a temp
control works great

I was having a heat problem as well, come to realize that my temp gauge was getting hotter because it was under the 1000w HPS light. I moved it on my aeroponics tubes below plants and temp went down 10 degrees, I was freezing my plants
