Hey guys, newb here starting my first plants. About two weeks in can see the second set of leaves that aren’t the round ones. I have a 200 watt light on them roughly 15 inches or so above them, what percentage of light should I be on 20-100? also temp is like 80 and humidity gets to be around 78-80, is that to much? Thanks in advance.

Never used that light but there's a guide on their site. (I would personally use the light adjustment Option over the hight adjustment option)

Download the photone app (Poor man's PAR meter). If using apple phone may need to cough up 6 bucks to unlock the full spectrum LED feature. Check it against light manufacturer's published PAR map and calibrate as needed. It's not lab grade accurate but I've found it to be scary close. Note: if using on any other dissimilar light I would repeat the calibration. Then try simply following recommended PAR or DLI settings for the various growth stages. It has been and continues to be a very useful tool in taking the guesswork out of the lighting portion of the equation.

You want your lights at more around 24" away if possible. Humidity at or below 70% max. More airflow to maintain humidity levels.
