:hump::roll: Guys im a new grower, somewhere in italy, where the sun shines all day. i got some white rhino seeds just a while ago and now am growing my first plant...

my setup in my closet is of 2 lamps, one of 100W white light and the other of 125W red and blue light.
the area is completely sheeted with tin foil....

My question is that, during the day, i leave the plant on the terrace cause i know the sunlight has more lumen than any artificial light, however, at night i put my plant in the cuboard (under the lamps), so it gets almost 24 hours light... i rest it for 2 hours though... i heard that too much light could bleach the chlorophyll... is that true?

Is this method of inside/outside for vegetative growth ok?

However, When the plant is flowering, i would keep it outside during the 12 hour light period and in the Dark closet during the night period... how does that sound? ... any suggestions would really be gratified...

one last thing... one of my leaves has some yellow spots on it... you know what the symptoms might be? thanks!...

Maybe the tinfoil?
I'm new to growing myself but ut seems everyone says tinfoil is a bad idea because it causes heatspots. My hubby and I started with tinfoil but quickly changed to silver covered boards after getting advice from the good people of rollitup!
I dont know enough to help ya with any of the other stuff. sorry dude.

first you should not use tin foil for reflective surface as it can burn little holes in the leaves (hot spots)

Bringing it from indoors to outdoors could b a shock and might cause hermi.

Yellow leaves might b N def or mg...

what nutes u using? what is water ph? how old/size is plant?

ya tin foil sucks. when you bring in and out you may end up with bugs from outdoors. aperently you can bleach them, but i wouldn`t worry in your case, explain yor lights a little better, 100 white light ? and 125 red and blue? what are they cfl`s and what is the actual kelvin #. i do a 18/6 light schedule. they need there rest and actualy do more growing and drinking at night and use the sun during the day for photosynthisis.
