I agree with you smileyfriend! Some
telecom expense management software are pretty straightforward. In my research, I found others that are just too complex because they tried to add too many functions that just made it ... blah! for lack of better word to use. To some, it being an all-in-one may sound good, but to me, it just makes it harder to use - especially if I will need to be training or orienting a lot of people on how to use it. I have not really made a decision on what to use yet - I am looking for something that will have free training for me and my aunt's team first.
