tea recipes

I have been reading about making a tea from worm castings and other things and was hoping some who have experience wuth this could post up some recipes? I appreciate it. thanks.

i used tea for my first grow . . . i filled a strainer (you know like the wire mesh shit you drain your macaroni in) with dehydrated chicken shit (for sale at your local true value) and let it sit for a couple days in a bucket full of fish tank water . . . the plants loved it but i had to switch to fox farm because it stunk like hell and was very messy
