taste test?

ok so I really wanna test out the plants they are six weeks into flowering but I just gave them a high dose of nutes so is it going to be alright to test I know its not going to be anything great but it just smells so dank

You can but it's not going tatste very good because of nutes. 6 weeks into flowering? You should be flushing now. What strain is it?

Mine are around the same age. I tested out some of mine a couple days ago . it got me stoned but it was salty.. tasted like seaweed lol I'm flushin mine now hopefully I can get them sweet tasting. I did the microwave thing

Two strains actually God and Mango

Will someone explain flushing to me a little better from what I understand its basically drowning the plant in water till it pours out the bottoms am I correct?

Yes this removes all the nutes built up in plant and removes a lot of that commercial weed harshness and taste that commercial growers don't usually do because of rush to sell... if you want to take a taste, I cut it up fine and leave it on paper over night and have a treat in the morning....

this is what i'm doing. My WW should take 9-10 weeks to be ready. About 8-9 weeks in i'm going to quick dry bud and smoke and see how the bud gets more potent over time. Then it will get less and i'll know it's ready. This way i'll see when is the best state to harvest in...plus, i won't be able to control myself anyways.

When flushing how much are you supposed to drown it? Once the water starts leaking or a couple min after? And am I still able to feed it nutes even tho flushing? Thanks, LK

haha sup lizard long time no see..................usually about 2-3 times the volume of your soil cuz u wanna make sure u flush out as much ferts as you can.................:joint:
