Tap water ppm - seedling stage

I started germinating exactly 1 week ago in rockwool using a dome and a heat mat.
I didn't add nutrient in the first phase, just water, high humidity, warmth and an 18-6 light cycle.

Once it turned into a seedling, I moved my rockwool into a DWC setup surrounded by hydroton.

I kept my setup as is for the light cycle but started adding nutes and balancing the PH. That was 3 days ago.

I am using tap water and balancing the PH to 5.5.
Nutrients are being kept at a minimum, 1/4 of a tsp per gallon from each of the GHE trio flora pack.

My question is regarding my tap water. It is already at 350 without adding nutrients. I am worried that this might be too much for my seedling already.
I live in the Netherlands and we have hard water here.

What should I do in this case?
I am worried my seedling might die early and need some help for my case. It is the first time I grow cannabis and DWC, therefore the task is twice as tough.

Could you please advise on the below concerns:
1-Is tap water fine when it starts at 350 without adding nutrients. If so, how should I proceed from this moment onwards (switching type of water? Running air in it 1 day before to let the chlorine evaporate?...

2- Which nutrient regiment should I be using at this stage. Do I even need to add nutrients now or wait a bit another week?

I am adding a picture of my seedling so you can get a clearer picture of the situation? The cotyledons have dried up and one side cracked as in the picture. The cannabis leaf is sprouting so that is good news at least.

Any advice on ways forward is really appreciated as I'm going crazy trying to do the right thing.

350 simply won't cut it man... That's ungodly high. You're gonna need to order a Reverse osmosis filtration setup. 1-200 bucks. Well worth it. Pick one up on Amazon and get a 55gallon drum or 50gallon BLACK tote and put a spigot on the corner so you can dispense from it, and use it as a holding tank.

Thanks for the tip :) will get to it. Do I need to change to micro flora soft water instead of hard water now that I'm using RO?
Any thoughts if this seedling deserves nutes at this stage?

Oh dude sweet! What setup did you order? You'll need to make a holding tank because it's gets filtered fairly slowly. The gallons per day rating means if you were to just have it wide open. They usually only come with a small 1-2 gallon reserve tank if one at all.

I got this one: Osmoseapparaat (Google translate, sorry it's in Dutch)
Cheap and fast delivery. I don't think I need more than that. I'm growing 1 plant in a 12L pot, so that should provide me easily 2 spare tanks for worst case scenario.

I have a question regarding calimagic GH. I cant seem to find it in the Netherlands. I did find this one instead. Is it the same or different?
Calcium Magnesium supplement
There is not much information on their website either to know if it has a different strength.

It looks to be made by GH but is different. Might work tho. If it’s all you can get, guess you won’t have a choice really as you absolutely must have it now with ro water.

Wow that is pretty impressive for a one staged filter to pump out 45gallons a day. You might want to just buy 2-3 replacement filter kits now so its over and done with. Going to inevitably need them in a year or two and if they stop making them or they're hard to get ahold of, you might be paying a premium for them. I only say this because they have that tool made specifically for it. I doubt they have an off brand you can buy. Most likely just from them.

Does that mean I can use micro for soft water?
Do you know if the attached picture is the same or similar to calimagic?

Yes, I'll order it as well with some micro soft water since I moved to RO water.
Quick observation, balancing PH in RO is much more delicate than in tap (350 ppm).
4 drops of PH down completely shifts the balance in RO where as I had to put way more with tap to get to the same result.
I added a completely new perspective to my work with the RO unit. Thanks man ✌

I wouldn't buy any water type specific nutes ,man. With RO you just use the normal Flora Micro/Gro/Bloom.

The micro always comes in soft or hard water.
The gro and bloom don't have any water specific type so it doesn't matter.
What's your normal?

If he is running with tap water that is high then you would use the FloraMicro hardwater

If you run RO or your tap water has softer/lower ppms you would use the standard Trio
