A few plants outdoor at the 45th. Mandala #1, ww x bb, jack, afgani. Pulled a couple males. (Afganni, mandala#1) noticed a tap root 4 inches long and some secondary roots but nothing like expected. No till soil (sphagnum, rabbit and horse manure, blood meal, epsom, clam shells, bone meal and high concentrate phosphorus. Firstly grow in no till. What's up?

that made me think of traveling to alpena to go shopping in the "city" and passing the 45 parallel marker...

i'm not an outside grower, but until one comes along, maybe it was just bad genetics? i've had some that i've culled that just didn't form a good root system.

Well I paid good money for good genetics. I have limited sunlight where it's a woods grow. They're definetly not monster plants. Thin stems but normal height according to strain reviews. But Damn if these girls get the weight I'm hoping for (and definitely have pipe dreams) the stems are never gonna hold. Gonna have to stake em. Wish I could have grew em in some more light.. bad root mass, distant nodes. Just want enough medical to stop buying black market.
