Tall, Grande, or Vente?

Im going to use Starbucks cups for some new seeds. For any of you that are familiar with Starbucks, what cups size do you think is best for seedlings and pre-vegetation growth? I'm well aware that I could start them off in any of those cups and they'd be fine, but what would you chose/why?

is vente(20oz) bigger than a tall? id use the biggest one, even tho a small cup would do, just so i dont need to worry about transplanting any time soon

aight, idk how many oz's, but its like really tall and skinny?
