tall and skinny :S

hey everyone, my plant is pretty tall about 3 feet, but its really skinny and lanky, when it was smaller i trans planted it into a pot from outside, and it went into shock and lost a couple leafs, i know it was a huge mistake. i was wondering if there was anyway to fill it out more, and maybe rescue it soo i can still get enough weed off of it

How close are your lights? if the lights are too far away it will "stretch" depending on what lights u have, keep em close. a few inches away for MH and HPS. if ur using T5's like me...shit u can let the plant touch em.

my friends were the same way, his lights were too far away

salam is right, keep the lights closer, but dont burn the plants

I would start doing some LST. (low stress training)

Grab that bitch and bend her over!!! now after doing this, get your light as close as possible..

this will cause your side branches to fill out nice without stretching..
