Thanks there just starting to bud. Bout how long till they are ready I'm new at this.

That's largely strain dependent on how long they take. Sativas can take quite a bit longer than Indicas do. You'll see mostly brown hairs when they're done. Trichomes will be mostly cloudy with a good portion amber. But to see those you'll need at least a 30x magnifier.
