Not bad for on the cheap. Looks like plenty of light for veg, the pots are big enough and the walls are white to reflect. What type of soil is that? What nutes do you plan on use?

a wuts the longest u can veg an how many lights do u need for 1 plant
i was wondering the same thing.
i'm using foxfarm soil, 6 23w CFL's, the strain's called banana, and i haven't watered. just foliar feeding them water.

lights need to come down on the left and right...middle looks about right, come down about 2" if those are CFL's on left and right though. shouldnt be more than 2" away less u want em to keep stretchin. As far as ppls questions about how many lights per plant depends on the lights... only need 1 HID for a 7X7 (600W) other than that its down to lumens and watts...about 125-200W per plant is where I like to stay for nice healthy ones....and 2800 lumens (with CFL). As far as how long they can veg... indefinatley as long as they are under 18 hrs or more of light and they arent auto flowers.

Eh bro I suggest buyin at least 4 more and seting them up like this in my picture. Also try getting them as close to the canopy as you can. I get them about an inch off with a fan running. The bigger one is at 3 weeks 1 day of veg.

yea with the lighting situation u can use the lights u have they will grow but its all about how good you want the buds to be. the less light the smaller the bud the more light the bigger. from the looks of it ull be good with a simple 400w hps or mh uo to u but its a good investment

bro is that 2 plants in one pot? if it is sort that out right away, it will cause nothing but trouble and u'll probly end up losing em both

I really dont think you will loose both plants that are together, but 1 will be nute deficiant, because the stronger one will eat all the nutes. Also you have plants your going to need alot more cfls for a grow like that. I suggest putting your lights sidways too. In the stage you are at I think you would want 1 cfl per plant.

idk about that man iv been puting 2 in one pot for a while now and i have never lost a plant from it i find that it works well as long as there in a big enough pot. doing 2 in one saves space and allows you to be able to grow more in a smaller space in some cases you will have one plant bigger then the other, and in others they will both be the same. right now for one of my mothers i have 12 plants that started from clones in one pot and its a 3 gallon bucket and they have been veging for 2 months. i plan on doin clones soon for my next crop.

I did 2 in the same pot in one of my earlier grows and didn’t have any problems. That was back when I still did soil. I must say that they were a little of a pain and when I do soil aging I will not have more than one per pot. But that is just me I have seen others that do just fine with multiple in same grow container. I would get more lights on them though. Good luck
