im almost 100% positive this asshole ive been taKING care of and feeding for almost 2 months is a male. right?? should i just rip it out the pot?? its solo in its own pot. but can i use the same soil and pot on another seed, and it not be mae???

you've got balls .. sorry man .. you can use the same soil . but either add some soil nutes (bone meal, blood meal, guano, etc) or just get some ferts to use on them ..

Looks like it but I would let it go to be sure if you get little white hairs AND balls you might have a herme which is not a total loss if you only have one plant just pinch of the pollen sacs as they appear and flower it or let it pollinate itself for some feminized seeds

i wouldn't cut it down until youre %100 sure that it is male. I cant really tell if it is from that pic. i would wait a couple more days to see if shows more flowers.
