Looks like bugs, better look 'em over carefully.

do you foliage feed? spray the leaves? what type of light?

looks like its outside...is that the only 1 with leaves like that...

Yes it's the only plant with leaves like that it's outdoors in a 5 gallon smart pot roots organic soil spray every two weeks to a month with neem.

Ph is now high and your getting def, happens late in the plants life due to your nutes and water bumping the PH up slowly. Flush a couple of times with PH 6.5 water and use nutes that buffer to 6.5 without adjusters.

Bump any other ideas?
