T8 grow light

Has anybody had luck with t8 grow lights just curious if anyone has used them or not

Everyone likes t5HO's better,they smaller and put out more light

I have used them for rooting clones

I donno, I'm still pretty new myself, but I have been using them my whole grow, here's a day 14 shot of my plants.

That being said, once I get a little cash saved up I'm going to invest in either a good MH or HPS set up. Best of luck!

I have vegged with them, but would not flower with them. Good Luck and Happy Growing

What are you growing those in for medium? and why are your leaves wet? no need to mist the leaves, I use t5's to veg when my other is tent is full...wouldn't suggest flowering with the t8's, never tried vegging with them.

The grow medium is 90% MG Sphagnum Peat Moss(I know, horribly acidic, but we learn as we go!) and 10% MG Moisture Control. Oh and a thin layer of sand to kill out some gnats I found. And I am still quite the noob, only my 2nd grow. What lights would you suggest to a low-budget hobbyist like me? Preferably low-heat. Edit: and low cost, can't stress this enough! lol

not mine, but they do look like t8's, and the plants seem to fit the grow space

i've grown and still use t8's Daylight for veg and warm for flower. I do add extra lamps later so lower branches get light after they bush up

Hyper-Chargered T8 Grow... Started with 2-4' T8s and ended up doubling up ballasts then adding more fixtures.
