T5's to 600 watt Metal Halide

Finished up my 4th grow using T5's great lamps for cannabis, however I am moving to 600 watt plus a t5,
question I know seedling dont need a lot of light for a week or so, when would be the best time to start the ladies under full light?

When they have 3 full sets of leaves.
