T5's burnt the top of one!!!! is this bad

I woke up and found that my plants exploded over night and the top of my plant got burnt. i raised the light but i was wondering if there was anything i could do or will it be ok?

i left gthem for three days over xmas and then i came back and the tip was burnt to a crisp i havnt found out if its bad or not yet but i thought wot the hell and i toppped it. i dont know if that was the rite thing to doo but oh well well c in a few days.

well if the plant is in veg. then trim it and don't worry
in not let it be it's gonna pass
if u trim it in flower. u'll lose this top.
To avoid that burn - hand check under the lamps for heat
with 2 words - put your hand on the top of the plant and hold it there 4 some while
if u feel no burning heat then it ok 4 the plant if not - move away the light so it can't burn it.

let it go it will recover just give it some time.

Just let it be, some of those leaves may pull through and still offer something to ur plant, if not then u could just trim them off.

Your in veg man, Leave it and some of it will recover or top it an get two healthy tops.
