T5 to LED a step up?

After some reading it seems that people who flower with HPS/MH are often disappointed with the yields after switching to LED. My last grow was with a 4 bulb 2 ft T5 setup so I'm guessing that I won't be expecting the big numbers. Do you think I will see an increase in yield if I switched to an LED panel? I can't do the big boy lights because I'm in a closet and would need to spend a lot more on equipment to remove heat.

I was thinking of doing 3 plants with a little LST. This is the light I'm looking at right now. Is it worth the $200?

LED is a big step DOWN from T5 IMO. I have both and ive grown under both and my T5's using a mixed spectrum always wins. Check my posts and pics.
