I was messing around the other week in the veg room in one of my houses . I took out the 6500k t5 bulbs replace them with some 10000k finish bulbs I had laying around , I said shit the color has a hint of blue and to me it looks a lot whiter then those 6500k bulbs so fuck it I let it go . the next day I seen all the plants the leafs were standing straight up like they do under metal halide they try to get as much light as possible if they love it . I left them with the light bulbs 10k. today I was looking @ them and said shit they grow so much faster with the 10k vs the 6500 k . I was scared to try it before . those 10 k are my new veg light . in that house . try it you wont go back . I have experience with metal halide plasma hps . as well. not just a new guy just talking . bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie

sounds great i'm using 420nm and 460nm t5s that make a spectrum similar to 10000k. with the way it's growing i'm hoping they can take me through the whole cycle. i can see the growth difference from when i check them in the morning to when i check them at night. not the case with my regular mh400. they make 10000k mh which i'm excited about ultra sun makes them. i'm not yet ready to go back to hid plus i think these 10000k ones give off alot of uv which i hear works great in late flower but i'm not sure if i want to have that where i'll be around. plus i've gotten turned on to t5s because of the seldom heard about IR spike in the HID spectrum it's way in the 800s and it's the highest peak of all, i swear i can feel it later after i've been standing next to an HID a while.
