T5 4 footer burned bulb?

by the time I had this light in my other tent I realized the 2 outer bulbs appeared to stop working. Do I need hydrofa 4 foot bulbs or will the cheaper bulbs of I power brand or vivo sun brand work in this? The original bulbs seamed to last a year or two on the low side.
Any tips I don’t want to replace bulbs but now my veg tent is running only 100 watts

Any 4' T5 fluorescent tube will do. Are they the 28W bulbs?

When I used the 40W T8 tubes years ago, I was partial to the Philips bulbs. They weren't ridiculous in price and you could always find a shitload of them at Home Depot or Canadian Tire. See if Philips makes a suitable replacement bulb for your fixture. For best efficacy, I replaced the tubes after 3 grows. They weren't quite as effective at growing after about 6 months.

Does your fixture can handle the High Output (HO) fluoros? HO bulbs can double your available wattage.

this is a mixed answer.

The answer depends on your t5 ballast capability; HO or regular bulbs

Go get an led cob or strip bar. 200 or 250 watt 4foot bar. No way you should be running T-5's. Bulb replacement will drain your bank account so fast.

It two lamps went out and the other two are running you may have lost part of the ballast. Test the not working lamps in the working sockets to confirm it is the lamp and not the ballast.
