T-8

My plans are to use t-8's with 2700 lu and 6500 k this is to just get the plants to a outdoor seedling size will these work or should I go with a real t-8 grow bulb ?

They will work if you have enough of them to provide your plants with enough light. Keep plants VERY close to the bulbs. Before going out into the sunlight you should acclimate them by setting them outside in a semi-shaded area for a few hours in the days before moving to final spot. Good luck with your grow!
