symptoms of too little air?

could someone tell me how to look at my plant and tell if its not geting enough air?

Stunted growth is the first sign, though stunted growth can be caused by numerous factors. Eventually the leaves will wither and die due to suffocation. It's basically an 'all over' effect, quite rare.

my plant has been "droopy" for about a month now, I thought it was overwatered so i went a week without water, no change. I thought it was under watered so i watered it like every 3 days, no change. I thought it was not geting enough light so I added 1 more cfl, no change. I still see long white hairs, which i understand are preflowers, but, these preflowers have been here for like 3 weeks now and I see no change other than maybe they are geting longer and more of them.

This is bag seed so i dont know the strain, i just wish i knew what the problem was.

How is your ventilations etup, are you giving your plants proper Co2?

Are you using nutes?
