Switching to 1000w light

Yo it's gotten much worse.
You got a pic? Did you give it the stronger light?

I have had peat based mixes give pH's in the 5's and in the 8's and they were supposed to be in the 6's so you never know until you test the soil.

The bluelab soil pH pen is a good tool as it measures pH of soil and liquids. Make sure to get some KCl storage solution for it. If you get one make sure to poke the hole with the probe cover and then gently insert the probe into the hole and wait about 30 seconds for it to stabilize.

You could try adding some epsom salt, a little won't hurt unless you are already at a high PPM. It could also be that your overall feed is just too low on the PPM so an EC meter is handy there.

Yeah I got a pic, and no not yet I'm too worried about the leaves rn. I really want this to work out also, I'm pretty sure I somehow got thirps, just a few rn but I want to deal with it before it becomes worse.20200831_104122.jpg20200831_104122.jpg

Those leaves tacoing up could be heat stress from the new light, how close is the light?

Thrips suck, hit em with some spinosad.

Will spinosad affect mycorrhizae?(googled it and nah I'm good. Sorry sometimes I forget that I have all information I could ever need at my fingertips) and no they're not under the new light yet this is still the old one. I would have switched but stuff got in the way, you know life shit.

yo man first of all thanks for the advise, I really appreciate everyone here trying to help me rn. So I don't really want to veg them for that long, they're about three weeks from germ rn and I was hoping to switch them to flower in a couple weeks. How big should I let them get in veg? I want to scrog them to most get the most out of my 4x4 as possible. so what height would be optimal? they've also been topped and three are stretching quite a bit but I think that's just chemdawg... also any other tips would be greatly appreciated, I want to be the best grower possible! I want to learn how to grow craft cannabis.
Found in other post made by Trippyness the longer you can afford to veg, the greatee the yield

gotta acclimate her 1st before straight switch to the 1000w, keep em higher or even better if it's adjustable start to raise lighting watts slow or she may get shocked
