Switching soils for flowering stages

So I have 4 plants
2 of them are in 3rd week of flowering
The other 2 are in week 2 of flowering
I’ve been using happy frog but I want too transplant into bigger pots..

so I’m asking if Its fine to switch to ocean forest ? And should i continue to feed nutes or wait?

Why bother transplanting if they are already flowering ?


instead top dress some FFOF to those containers water in and relax. If you wanted a better outcome , you should have been vegging in its final size BEFORE flower so it had a chance to root out bigger and structure itself larger .

Well if you have been feeding them because you are using FF HF, (really a seedling only mix),then stick with FF HF whether you transplant or not and continue feeding them. But if you simply want to Water N' Go till harvest then up-pot them using only FF OF with at least 25% perlite, but be sure to add a good dose of Fish Bone Meal, to really pump up them buds cause FF OF won't do it alone, but it does have everything else in it to see you through until harvest if you are just wanting to do the Water N' Go thingie! Use 1 tablespoon of Fish Bone Meal per 1 gallon of soil, so if you are up-potting to 5 gallon pots, you would use 5 tablespoons of Fish Bone Meal for each 5 gallon pot!

Could be too late if the OP is even fleeting with the thought of repotting in early flower!

Anyway, I'd say don't do it although it doesn't need saying really.

Too transplant before going into flowering .. i was planning on just switching them too a slightly bigger pot specially cause I have one in a 3 gallon pot was thinking of moving it into 5 gallon .. anyways thanks for the advice just weighn out my options ..
This grow is just a test run On a budget, just trying to make sure I have all my supplies together & get a feel for it before I go bigger

just my luck now I can’t seem too find any happyfrog soil in store I can’t try online but by the time I get it ..

My other post was to just give you idea on what you could do in your current situation but its never optimal to up pot a plant that is already flowering. I always up pot my plants multiple times, but my final up potting is done two weeks before I actually flip them. But I always tell people new to growing if you didn't plan your up potting properly and you are in week 1 - 3 of flowering and you can take a fork and scratch the top of your pot and tear up lots of fibrous roots, then you know your plant is pretty much root bound, so a up potting would be truly benifial to the plant! But then again that shouldn't ever happen if you up potted properly!

well i went ahead and transplanted . all of them had good root balls , 2 of them transplanted with no visible stress , 3rd one was in an oversized pot so transplanted into a smaller pot has some signs of stress but it seems to be bouncing back .. of course this just a test run as ive never done outdoor and ur pretty much at the mercy of mother nature lol
