Okay, so here is the story. For years I have been growing couchlock in soil. I grow 20 plants per 1000w, and run eight air-cooled 1000w hoods. I was vegging everything under flourescents, and would run them in 18 hour light for six weeks, then flower under 12/12 for 8 weeks. The smoke was excellent, and I would yield between 1.5-1.75lb per light consistently.

Well, shit hit the fan, and my room got popped by the 5.0. So here i am with a medical permit allowing me to have 15 plants, and i find myself starting over on a new path. I would like to try growing some bigger bushes and keep myself under the legal limit. I have been reading around for hours and hours over the last few days and have come to the conclusion that i am completely overwhelmed by all of the strands and designs out there.

Can anybody help me out here with some strands/room designs that have worked for you? It seems that a lot of people are using vertically hanging bulbs in this configuration, which seems to make a lot of sense to me.

x=plant 0=bulb

Thanks in advance for your insight. I was given the strand i have been growing for years, and have never changed my room design or seen a seed. The only thing i have manipulated through the years are my nutes, so needless to say i am somewhat ignorant about the changes i am trying to undertake.

I think he is looking for some lst or scrog methods to help him increase yield from a minimum number of plants guys...if im worng i appologise ryan.

most of my xp comes from outdoor growing, but having been on here for a bit and reading alot i think you should look into low stress training technique or sreen of green (i think its called)

these require longer veg periods to produce the results i think your looking for
