Very good up front cost. Very low cost per lumen.
The down side is they are probably not too efficient.
The up side is they are doing the job just fine.
It would be interesting to measure the wall watts and calculate the total electrical cost per lumen.

Every brand of screw in LED bulb I have taken apart, has had a very close value, of actual draw measured, as the package has stated....60w "equivalent" 9.5w actual, drew about 10w....
If I were a betting man (which I am) I'd wager his 140w collection, is just over 140w on a Kill-A-Watt.

Yeah exactly, 16x9w = 144w + the shitbox amazon 60w. Take what you can from this, but i personally think if you doubled up on the 9w bulbs you could apply this to a slightly larger area.

End of week 5, gonna feed one more time next week and than its getting flushed and fed RO water mammoth and finisher and molasses untill finished. Smell changed from blueberry in the early weeks to now, a more bitter blueberry with a sour milk aftertone (lol), this thing fucking reaks and being in the room with it is overwhelming.its kinda gross how dense the smell is tbh. Lol i forgot my coat in there overnight and it stinks like i was rolling around in pot.

Lol i had one on but had to run the fan at a higher speed to make up for the drag the sheild produces and still blow the plants around, im litterally to cheap to pay for it to be on high power. Haha.that being said it has cut doen a few fan leaves
