Sweet Mango & Critical progress

This is my third time with the sweet mango, & about the 5th. time with the Dinafem Critical + auto & Im a bit in shock because the sweet mango is only 24 days old today & looks like the other ones did at 6 to 7 weeks old. I haven't changed anything. The mango isn't quite as tall as the other ones I have grown, but she is a bit bushier. The Critical isn't going as good as my ones in the past, but she still looks good for being only 18 days old. I did try the FIM topping on both of these, but soil & everything else is the same as always. So as always, comments & suggestions are always appreciated.

I may not be getting bumper crops like you guys with all the fancy soils & lights, but I do get a nice amount of quality smoke. I mix different soils from Walmart, & run CFL's. Im sure if I spent all the money everyone else spends my crop would increase. My electric bill isn't as high as the ones running the fancy lights, & I don't have near the heat problem either with my CFL's. I usually end up with an oz. or 2 from each plant which isn't a lot, but it could be a lot worse too. So for me whatever Im doing must be right because Im sure getting more than a lot of them out there that are only a few grams per plant. I would like to know what the guys are doing that only get a few grams, because my crappy set up is sure working.

low soil drainage and introducing nutes to early or too strong is how you end up with runts
i grow under cfl's and leds and my plants get pretty big im restricted on height in my grow space so i also top and use heavy really heavy lst
what kind of lights you use ?

Hey Tekdc911, Im not using any nutes on these 2 plants yet. However I will agree with you on the poor drainage because I was in such a hurry as usual, I forgot to drop some rocks in the bottom of the bucket. As for lights, Im using 100 wt. daylight, & soft white CFL's. Since I have got back into this about a year & half ago this is what I have used, sure Im not getting as much as I could by using the expensive lights, but the CFL's are working fine for me & Im not greedy I don't need a lot. Its all a growing curve & Im learning before I invest a ton of money.

I know you were just giving constructive advice & as always I appreciate it. These 2 plants are really doing well for their age, the mango isn't even a month old yet ^ the critical is a week behind her. Im getting ready to start 2 more & hope they grow like these have done. In the past they usually get around 3 ft. tall & these are not going to get there. Yours are looking pretty good as well, I just never had any start flowering this quick.

Ok, my sweet mango is now 30 days old from seed, & the critical + is now 3 weeks old. The critical is a little short still yet from all the others I have grown, but a bit bushier. The sweet mango is way ahead of all the others I have grown. I think all in all their not doing too bad, but I will let u all be the judge of that. So lets hear your comments.mangos2 001.jpgmangos2 002.jpgmangos2 003.jpgmangos2 004.jpgmangos2 005.jpgmangos2 006.jpgmangos2 007.jpgmangos2 008.jpg
