Sweet Deep Grapefruit

I was looking into this plant for a while. Sweet Deep Grapefruit is from dinafem and is indica dominant. I wonder what other individuals think about this plant . What are the general experiences with it Can't wait to continue growing again

Know nothing of this plant and got the idea from reading that this is not the original SPG. I went with Sweettooth #3 from Deluxe seeds and have a plant curing now. Will know more in a bit.

The ST is a SPG x Blueberry so some good spg to be found in some phenos.

I liked it well enough. An easy grow, nice yielder, like most Dinafem experiences. 3 beans were all similar in taste and smell. I'd give it a solid B, but won't revisit it as it wasn't an A.

Really? Well that is good to know. Which of dinafem would you say is an A? I want to make sure I grow something that's really good and amazing (with stable genetics of course)

I haven't experienced a Dinafem A. Out of these Dinafems [ most freebies]: white widow, critical +, diesel, SDG, OG, Blue Widow, Ca Hash Plant, and orig Amnesia, the amnesia was the best. A B+. None of them were poor, except the Diesel, but they all were remarkably similar in that they were all easy grows w/ above avg yield. Normally the dinafem freebies are now used as emergency backups - popped in case a more perferred bean or clone goes under.

The only female strains I'd give an A to from exp, is TH A-Train, Eskobar's Shiva, and RP Confidential Cheese.

Well that's good to know. I have been trying to stay away from any other seed banks lately. I know dinafem makes sure there feminized plants are completely stable which is a big thing for me. Another question then, out of blue widow v. blue thai v. sweet deep grapefruit, what are your thoughts?

No experience w/ blue thai. Why not do a 'pick and mix' if you're leaning toward Dinafem? Just get one each of a handful that finish in the 8-9 week timeframe, and choose a favorite from there.

pH difference between plants. hydro is the way I'm gonna be going and don't want to stress the future beauties with constant pH changes.

Nice plant. I'm currently growing it. Its about 2-3 weeks into flower. The structure of the plant is nice. Lots of flowers.

I grew it last year - it was first grow so had little to compare it too but found it easy to grow and got 1.5 ounces per plant using 400 watt HPS. The high is great - a good indica/sativa cross.

I am growing this now..... I am two weeks in from seed. I have heard good things about it, so I am growing it this year to see whats up. once I get to the flowering stage I will put up some pics

I got a freebie a couple years ago. Threw it in the green house kinda late only got a month veg before they started flowering. Only got maybe 2 ozs not bad considering 2 gallon pot little veg.
Sweet deep grapefruit is to this day my wifes favorite smoke. Maybe i just got a good pheno ( grown a fair bit of dinafem, like said above few elite level strains but very uniform phenos and easy growing) but it literally tasted like a well ripened grapefruit. Awsome smoke, very good high.
I liked it enough that i have 3 of them going right now
In my top 5 for flavor and my wifes no. 1 all around.

Nice plant! I just harvested on. I only Veg'd it for a couple of weeks, and it was my biggest plant. Even though I pollenated a couple branches, most of the buds were covered in frost! Have not smoked it yet! Once dry, I will probably have [2] pint sized mason jars full.
