Survivorman is a cruel, selfish bastard!

Its not cool! I love that show... and its coming to an end. Only ONE MORE episode ever. Why? Why do all of my favorite shows have to die? Why is Les quiting? He must've made enough lute to last a lifetime... so he doesn't need to eat worms and freeze his balls off anymore.

omg ... I, too, love that show. I don't watch tv too often but whenever that show is on I watch it. Les is such a beast... and not a FAKER like that Bear Grylls guy.

He probably is quitting for just that reason of freezing his balls off n all .. He got as much money as he needed and decided enough was enough.. Probably has a family and everything and doesn't want anything to happen. I'll always respect him for doing that show though. Sucks that it's not gonna be around. I would have definitely rather seen Man Vs Wild gone.

I too agree that survivorman is a beast, I learned alotta stuff that might come in handy one day, like what types of plants u can and cant eat in the wild and how to tell them apart, how to tell how many hours u have left in the day just by looking at the sun, and best of all...how to make pure clean water out of ur urine when ur dehydrated in the desert...long live les stroud!

Yeah they didn't actually show him checking into the hotel on the show [obv] but I saw a YouTube video revealing it...Also there are some parts of the show that are just so fake. like this one episode he just happens to come across 'wild' horses' and these 'wild horses' had perfectly groomed tails .. they were just clearly not wild. He just walks right up to them and hops on one of their backs. pshh ok Bear Grylls .. a wild horse would kick you full force before you get that close to them, if they don't run away first. ha

Survivorman is the shit I could watch any episode and not get tired of it.... he makes me wanna live in the forest....

What ended up happeneing to survivorman on the episode he got lost and they had to send a rescue team a few weeks ago? Been wondering about this.

he didnt actually get lost, that was just the situation he was portraying for people so that if it ever happens to them they will have the knowledge to survive.

i hate that its ending too, les is fuckin awesome. Did yall hear about bear grylls? Someone told me he was out in antarctica and got fucked up.

Awe ok. I figured as much. You have to admit tho when bear was in the desert and came upon the rotten carcass of whatever that was and started feeding on it like some type of animal that was insane! ILL never forget that lol.

Shit, what about when he caught that fish and just bit right into it and puss and guts were squirting out of its eyes or when he was trying to get that honey and got stung by the bee and his whole face swelled up.

See Les is a alot different then Bear, like tonights episode for instance.....Les saw that sheep and just let it walk away, Bear woulda grabbed his knife and snuck up on it and slit its throat.

Your a gentleman of fine tv veiwing tastes i see,survivorman is the shit,the jerimiah johnson of our life time,i feel the same way,my all time favorite tv show is going away forever,most likely to be replaced by that fake ass Bear Grills wannabe.

For the last episode i'd like to see survivorman taking a shit on the pillow of bear grills bed in the motor home he spends the nights in .

The best survivorman episode that I can remember is the one where he was lost at sea... that one was crazy!!!

I always thought that survivorman was more real and man vs wild was about the shock factor ratings value. You have to admit that bear did some shocking things.
I always liked les more tho cuz hes more real. But when they said he was lost, I thought to myself wait a sec les has one of those puss gps trackers and it kinda ruined it. Liability wise im sure they both carry those trackers. Never the less, Both shows are awesome this is the first i heard my favorite was going off air.

yeah that was a good one, thats the only one where he needed help because that storm came outta nowhere.

I do agree that Les is better than Bear in alot of different ways, but you have to admit Bear Grylls does some whacked out shit that you wont ever see Les do. I love the fact that less is actually alone without a camera crew, id actually like to see some kind of collaboration between the 2 where they spend 2 weeks rather than one out in a place like death valley or the in the middle of the amazon.
