Supreme Court will overturn ACA--they have no other legal choice

The court in early 2015 is scheduled to hear King v. Burwell, a case that challenges the legality of tax credits in those states. The law's opponents argue that Congress intended to limit the subsidies to residents of states running their own health insurance exchanges. Currently, only 13 states and the District of Columbia fully operate exchanges on their own; another 10 are in some sort of partnership with the federal government. Federal officials operate the rest.

---------------------------------------------------
So, looks like it will be "Clinton" Care in a weird twist of future casting:

Supreme Court overturns Obama Care 2015
Mrs Clinton will be elected president 2016
Because the SC throws the ACA back, Clinton re-crafts it, re gifts the American public with her version of the CCA [Clinton Care Act] what a perfect political storm 2017
Health care to turn into a political hot potato, hotter than it is now, people actually like their Health Care. So the people revolt, in 2016 and Clinton promises to bring back the repackaged ACA as the CCA. She's elected, and grabs her spot in history. CCA passes both houses, in 2018
Clinton is re-elected in the largest landslide ever in 2020.

SCOTUS may overturn it. But the rest is fiction.

Clinton may well be president. BUT the rest is fiction.

Obama had a hard time getting his own party to fully support ACA and none of the other party ever thought about it.

The republicans are going to have to lose the house.

And it won't overturn ACA. It will only force states to either set up their own exchanges or let their citizens do without insurance.

This will be a politically untenable position for many republican governors I think.

It will likely just force all states to set up an exchange, and federal government might do something like threaten to withhold funding for highways or something if they don't .

moar likely:

Supreme Court devises some bizarre tortured logic to justify Obamacare
O-Care drives the nation and individuals to the brink of bankruptcy
a political firebrand from a fringe party electrifies a small group of radicals
their fervor drives them to use violence and intimidation to overturn the "corruption" of the current regime
many ignorant buffoons join their cause based on meaningless rhetoric, without examining whats really driving the movement
the firebrand is elected President, and proceeds to "reform" the system by putting his own trusted cronies in positions of power
some crisis (most likely artificial in nature, possibly even caused by the new ruling party itself) causes the firebrand to suspend the constitution "for our own good"
a minority group is selected and used as a judas goat
another "crisis" (possibly a reichstaag fire...) "forces" our new leader to declare himself dictator
the target minority and any who speak out against the regime are loaded into train cars
Zyklon B Showers
???
Marxist Utopia.

not a single thing he said was true though.

the logic by which the court decided this was context.

sorry that yet another one of your predictions failed. there's always global warming though, NASA could have it wrong and you could have it right.

I thought it was being said ironicly until I considered the source.
