One guy gives guns to the cartels with GPS trackers and it doesn't work like they thought it would. He admits it was a bad idea and scraps the program.
Next guy decides what was needed was MOAR guns with the tracking devices removed and it's a disaster. Not only does he not admit it's a bad idea, he claims it was the other guys fault.
This is our politics.
