Supplementing Light...

I'm pretty satisfied with my lighting situation at the moment, for vegging anyway. I'm using two fluorescant light fixtures, each with a GE plant & aquarium bulb, and a cool white. When flowering comes around, I'll be switching out all four fluorescants tubes and using warm white, along with a 400 watt hps. My question is, would adding two 75 watt fluorescant tubes(the kind as big as what's over kitchen sinks) to the lower half of the grow space be beneficial at all? I'm figuring if the canopy begins to block light from the lower branches, maybe a supplemental light below the canopy would be nice...they don't emit any heat, so no worries there.
