I am about to do a 2x2x6 grow, and have bought the spiderfarmers SF1000. They say it can veg 2.5x2.5 and Flower 2x2, but from what ive read, it can barely Flower in a 2x2, so i want some supplementary lighting for the Flower period (im doing autos).

What would u recommend? CFL 2700K? Led light bars?

Another sf1000? I have the sf2000 for veg in a 5x5...ok right now, they are new seedlings. I am adding two x Mars sp150's to put on each side.
When possible, add as much light as you can afford.

Since your space is tight, probably 4 cfls. If you can fit vanity fixtures (< $20 at Lowes/HD) on each side, get 2 @ 3 bulb. 2 per fixture should do it, but 3 might even be better.

I can actually fit 2 in there.. didnt think i could. Might go with 2x SF600 in there, thats about 170W From qb LED.

And then you would only do 2700kelvin, right?

You might want to check out the HLG V1's before they're all gone. I've been stocking up myself, lol. Oh, and promo code "RIU10" will give you 10% off. Adjustable from 65-135 watts. Spider Farm lights look pretty nice too.

Im just not that Big of a fan of the blurple light, and couldnt seem to find any white led grow light bulbs.

Regular E27 LED spots work just fine. Get the highest lumen amount you can find, usually from the highest wattage bulbs. I use 20w bulbs that put out 2500 lumen and remove the plastic domes.

HLG does make really good lights, I read. But the spiderfarmers edition is around 2.5umol/W, and is still in the budget end.

Im trying to hit as many grams/watt, so im not sure if “regular” led bulbs are efficient enough? How much do you harvest with your bulbs only?

I’ve been using these and they work great no heat

Holy shit, I feel like I have had the most amazing luck. I never knew you could get LED grow bulbs for e27. I already have an adjustable light over my breakfast bar and could use this as a way to start seedlings while harvest is hanging in tent.

Will all led bulbs be more efficiant than CFLs? What kelvin should i buy? Is it still same rule as CFL - 2700 for Flower and 6500 for veg?
Yes all LED bulbs will be more efficient but not always easy to find higher wattage ones.

Any LED buld will have a far broader spectrum though. So warm may be slightly more desirable but cool is still better than CFL
