Absolutely Brasmith, bang on.
You can use it at different ratios, if using it regular, a couple drops in your solution, if giving it to stressed plants, you can up the strength.
It is not a food/nutrient as such with an NPK ratio.
But it will put your PH up slightly so will need a slight adjustment if using more than the couple drops per gall.
I use it on seedlings/cuttings, or when stressed, I give a bit for a few days prior to taking cuttings too, and I ussually put a small bit in every other/ every other two nute changes, but stop before flowering.
I've read some poeple report of wierd spazzy things happening to plants, but can't say I've noticed anything untoward.
