Supersillybilly's Light Experiment

Hey Billy. I took a look at my 2nd clone since I changed over to a 3.5w LED bulb from a 13w CFL and it looks like the LED light might work better for the clone.

Im not the best with clones. Ive been sucessful but I would rather purchase them off another more skilled gardener

Lookin good bro as expected by u they are late flowerin do u see any change in feedin? Lighter on nutes?less food bein taken in?

Not to self, remind not to post on RIU at 4 in the morning when nutted!!! lol. Sare heid the day lad....?

Well if your yield is the same and it finishes around the same amount of time or faster then its best to use the 7/12 method.

I've been sitting here trying to work out what sort of timer you have and how it's set...mine are all in 24 hours. Help a dopey smoker out la and explain. Cheers Bill,

He is using a digital timer. Its one of the main reasons why I bought one because they let you program your timer the the second so you can tell your lights to turn on at 5:01.01am. so that is 5:01 am and 1 second.

Ive got a digi timer that i have up to 8 on and offs a day. If that makes sense. I can set times for different days of the week. They get an extra hour of darkness on a sat. It burst my head setting the timer

How many on and off settings does your timer have in all? The one that I bought has 20 sets of on/off settings.

Also DST it can get pretty confusing setting the timer unless you use a program to write the times down on so that you can adjust it to your needs. Also a good digital timer will have a battery backup system so if the power goes out (unlike the pin timers) it doesn't rely on the power to keep track because they will either have 2 button batteries or a AA or AAA battery for them. The one that I bought uses 2 button batteries.
