Supercrop potential clones?

I have a mature CH9 mystery indica under 7000 lumens of daylight CFL. I am treating her as a mother until I get new genetics, at which point I will flower her. I am using supercropping to promote bushing as I am focusing on 4-5 potential clones below the 4th node.

I just did a heavy supercropping session on everything above the third node. Usually I would take it easier, but this plant has shown impressive healing ability, so I felt she could take it. After 2 days delayed growth, I woke up to the post-healing explosion which resulted in some burned leaf tips which you can see in the first pic - glad I didn't sleep in any longer (It's nothing terrible, just doesn't look as nice).

I would like to take some of the clones in 10-14 days. Some could be taken now, but I'm now really sure about the strategy of getting them rooted quicker vs. letting them develop on the plant - please feel free to weigh in on your preference.

The plant is responding well to S-Cing, and I'm wondering if it would be useful to work the shoots I'm planning to take soon. They should be healed up by cutting time but does the scarred area root well? If it is beneficial for potential clones, how would I treat the area I am planning to cut (should I try to leave an area unscarred or does it not matter?) Here are two shoots - one I pinched, one I didnt, both I would like to cut soon:

One last question: if I should pinch the shoots, do I do it now or give the plant 3 more days healing and then supercrop everything altogether. I'm aware that if I cause a new wound it will slow overall growth, but again, I dont feel development of anything by the potential clones is my primary concern right now. The reason I would want to do them ASAP because I want to give them time to heal to stick to the 10 day schedule.

Thanks for your help.

*Pinch, break, scar, wound etc... are all synonyms for 'supercrop' here. I was saying the same word too many times.
