Super soil for flower only...use less k on it???

haha i thought so. ok some on here who live organics, i think, will agree that too much "N" in flower is a hydro myth. you have a soil that slowly releases nutrients by microbes.

why don't you take a look at subcool's SS recipe and see if he does anything different for flowering mix?

all depends on the definition of "too much"
I reaaaaally don't understand the advantage of a layered soil mix, with primarily water soluble ingredients.
I'd recommend an even NPK, personally.
and I wouldn't ever use bovine bone meals.
use fishbone meal instead.

use fishbone meal, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, crab meal, and then whatever minerals you want.
I don't use any guanos, blood meal, or bovine bone meal, and I don't layer my soil either.
doesn't mean i'm right or wrong, I just like my nutrients to do several things at once, while supplying the correct NPK over the course of the grow.
