i am completely clueless as to growing, i have checked out a load of tuts, but none have really answered my queries:

this is all on a real small scale, as im starting.

if i was to just buy some male seeds, (please reccomend any you think are the best)

germinated them indoors, then set them up outside in late april - early march in the u.k in open sunlight.

then planted them in a large mini green-house (or simply in cleared soil, afew feet apart) checking / watering on them every day / whenever needed.

after they had established themselves transfer themselves into bigger pots.

would they grow successfully? and would i be looking to wait about maybe 3 months before i could harvest them?

thanks.

using males to breed?(nothing to harvest with a male, they don't bud)
when you buy seeds its a 50/50 chance for male/female.
I don't know the weather in the UK in march, but if it's warm enough go ahead.the rest of ur plan sounds ok.

no you could harvest in like sept or oct depending on strain. they would be vegging all summer and then bud when the light shortens in the fall. look at the grow faqs or search on youtube guide to growing cannabis. or stoned guide to growing cannabis. both are excellent.

sounds like you know how the basics. you will not know if they are male or female until flowering . use bagseeds or order online.
