Super Lemon Haze? Any Thoughts?

yeah i just saw that and let me explain... i hate sativas there high is boring to me its only like a buzzed feeling at best and even the so called "most potent" sativas do this to me and i develop a tolerence to them soo fast thats why i dont fuck with sativa for the most part... i will grow them outside but i wont invest time and money on hem inside

how am i supposed to get the 5-700gr yield that it says it can get? I got the 500 out of NL5xHazemist like they reported, well just about. I grow one plant at a time so i can focus all my growing powers on one plant lol. kinda like captain planet and his friends with the rings lol. So Is it gonna be doable to get the 5-700 like they claim? or is that for the whole pack of seeds? Im not worried to have strings here n there and a 7 foot beast. as long as i can get alot of good bud then i can save money and not buy anymore lol.

That sucks man. I'm pretty much the exact opposite. Hate the indica stone, find it boring and pointless, just makes me sleepy at best, then I don't feel like going out or doing anything, which is occasionally fine, but most the time I wana do something while high! ... But each to their own. A nice sativa dominant hybrid is what I like to go for!

Depends on your setup and growing skills more than anything. The best guideline is 1 gram per watt ... If you're running 1 x 600W HPS, you should be able to get at least 600 grams. Although it may take a few runs with the same strain/pheno to get there!

The best way (IMO) to max out your yield is to run the same strain and/or phenotype a few grows in a row to fine tune its needs. On top of that ScrOG and a DIY Aeroponic/DWC system and nutes recommended by your hydro shop guy have always boosted my yields.

I had 1 plant in a 20L DWC system, I LST'd (instead of ScrOG) and it out yielded my other 10 plants in 10L pots in a soiless mix with organic nutes... Although didn't taste as good!

I highly recommend going with the ScrOG over standard LST as it's far easier to manage even growth and is basically a more effective form of LST anyway.

Im with u GreenPheonix - im more for the sativa stone than that of the indica - to me i always feel gluggy after an indica - but as u said, each to their own.
As for chitownsmoking, have u ever tried Super Lemon Haze? Id be keen to hear what you think of it, as im sure you would b one of its Harshest critics..

I have 3 fem SLH beans.. I just really dislike the speedy sativa high.. I wonder if SLH has couchlock if you let it go longer.

I dont think it goes on how long u leave it, they are ultimately pre-determined by their genetics. The trichs will only change the Stone so much. I have both Phenotypes in my grow room (skunk background and Haze background) so im cloning both to see what type of High i like the most and will grow a mother of each plant.

I will let you know once i flower them out. Its a shame that u are in between grows. I wasnt sure if i had to move during this crop, but i cracked them anyway as i figured even if i coudnt bloom them i could pick 1 of them as a suitable mother and clone it heaps for a grow of clones at my new place.

I've never grown Super Lemon Haze, nor have i seen it grow in person. I have however smoked it twice. First time i wasn't super impressed, BUT mind you i had smoked a lil Kush on the way out to smoke the SLH. This smoke had a nice smell and taste to it. Looks and smell wise it fit the bill. Stone wise i wasn't impressed as i had hoped.

2nd time i smoked it, i was clean and the buzz was quite nice. Nice sativa high.

If you find the most indica dominant SLH out if the beans u have, and let them flower for a week longer than u usually would, u'll get a fairly decent indica affect. Although there is the odd case of hybrids that don't look that indica having a heavy stone, it's tricky when you have so many different genetics mixed together. I'd say SLH will have a more indica affect than SSH as it has those extra Lemon Skunk genetics in there.

As XxNinjaxX said, running the flowering time longer will only alter the high/stone so much. The Cannabinoid ratios are largely pre-determined by the strains genetics. However harvest time definitely does make a difference to the buzz!

I just took a few sampl;es from plants that are a week away from done and I am going to cure till Friday. I will let you know about the high after that. Let that stunted one grow mine is doing fine and although not a great producer it looks pretty good. about half what the normal one have.

Yeah, my stunted 1 is picking up. I plan to turn in 2weeks, so it may get a big burst..

I am thinkin of growing some SLH as well. Same problem here tho: TO TALL!
I was thinking on start flowering them at a month, so they wont get as tall but in that moment i'll lose yield. I'm so extrordnarly confused about this next grow. I love SLH tho.
What do you guys think about start flowering them earlier?

Anything with the name haze in it can be a bit epic, 15 weeks of flowering and the like. I've smoked SLH though, and it was really tasty.

I keep hearing this problem TOO TALL! ... Come on guys, you should know by now that there are many ways to turn 'too tall' into perfect height! (If you're a newbie, fair enough, you may not have come across these techniques yet).

3 Best Ways to Cure the TOO TALL Problem:

1 - Topping (Pruning)
2 - LST (Low Stress Trainging)
3 - ScrOG (Screen Of Green)

Any one of these techniques, or any combination of them can be used to make plants that get 'too tall' a far more manageable size!!!
