lol.....super duper. any way, i just finished building my grow box. dimensions are 3' x 3' x 6'. all done in osb board. all the edges are glued as well as caulked up, and the inside is painted white. now , im planning on buying my light and fan, as well as some mylar, some foxfarm soil and nutes, and pots. i have some chronic seeds but im really looking into some satori.<---looks sexy.. anyway, my question is, due to some money problems at the moment, '''''am i better off with a 400W hps/mh digital setup, or a 600W HPS digital setup.'''''''' Im planning on getting a 500cfm inline fan for my light and aircooled reflector, but i am really trying to vent the whole room out of this fan. do you think it can be done???? I will have a computer fan on the bottom as an intake, run through a bucket with biodegraable oil (a setup i read about in a recent hightimes mag), as well as a small circulating fan in the box. i also dont have the money for a charcoal filter right now but i figure i should be alright without it for the 4 week veg. also i dont know if i should go for 4 five gallon pots or about 6 3 gallon pots. i have alot of vertical room. sorry bout all the typing but im new to this and im trying to start out on the right path.... REGS ARE GARBAGE:spew:

Go with the 600, a 500cfm should be plenty. If you don't have a cool tube a small inexpensive fan blowing directly on the light will let you get the light a little closer. Go to the DIY section as some of the growers have come up with some of the coolest and cheapest carbon scrubbers you'll ever see.

Your problem is going to be heat that high wattage light. Trust me! your going to need an inline fan connected to your room/light sucking heat directly out. One fan blowing in and one fan blowing out is not going to be enough for that small of a room. You should try a small air conditioning unit from your local hardware store that runs like 80 dollars. expensive but that way you can have a 400/600watt light. Seems like a lot for a room with those dimensions.
