Super cheese scrog. 1st time...advice needed

Yo, 1st time scrogging (cheese x cheese, 600w adjusta wing, 9 x 11L pots with batmix soil, 1.2x1.2m grow tent) and ive got leaves poking up about an inch through the screen. My screen is set at 8 inches above the soil in the pots, but it seem really low, hopefully this is correct?

Ive started spreading the branches out sideways but not sure wether to flip to flower yet? the isnt much plant to play with at the min, they are probs only 9-10 inches tall atm. Thing is i am on a tight schedule so need to be switching in the next couple days if possible...

2 questions...

1. How the flying fuck am i supposed to reach the plants at the back of the tent?! can see this being a nightmare when screen is full and trying to water!

2.How much leaf should i tim off as am pretty unsure about it. i know the general concensus is take off EVERYTHING under the screen, but that would mean nearly all of the plant atm!

ive herd of people using one screen per plant attached to the individual pot so moving them around would be easy. if you have say four plants on one screen it would be hard to water. just create a smart way to get the water back there. maybe a vacuum hose. poor the water in that like a slide or straw to get the water to the back plants.
let the plant fill the screen before you pull off leaves. just pull of any bad leaves now. you want to pull some before it flowers to allow extra air flow through the plant so there is no mold growth

what I did was before they got big and before putting the screen over the plant. went to lows and got landscape half inch hose made a circle dill small holes in the circle add a tee un it to the front of grow. get a funall pore slowly

Any ideas with what i should be doing with fan leaves that are trying to grow through the screen? each branch is trying to bring up two leaves with it but bloacking the smaller bud sites on branches? Am i supposed to be cutting the fan leaves off above the screen aswell as below it?

if you have enough of the new growth above the screen you can always weave it back into the screen so the apical shoots arise.

Growing them slightly taller and cleaning them up by trimming off whats underneath the scrog helps you see and access the underneath to water
